What are your hours of operation?
Our customer service hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Our customer service number is 1-866-465-2427. You can also reach us via the web at web inquiry. We process these inquiries even after hours and can often answer questions and provide assistance after hours.
Where is your company located?
Our customer service center is in Seattle but we have printing facilities throughout the United States. We can ground ship to most locations in the US within 2-3 days.
Products/ordering:
What types of products do you print?
We print just about anything on paper including posters, postcards, brochures, booklets, magazines, catalogs, envelopes, presentation folders, and many other items.
Can I place my order and have my graphic designer upload files separately?
Yes, you can place an order first and then have your graphic designer upload files later. A file upload page is provided after the order confirmation page, but if your graphic designer is going to upload the files later, we will provide you with a separate file upload page.
How do I get an instant quote?
You can select a product category on the left hand side of our home page and our interface will guide you through the instant quote process.
What if I want to order more than one version at the same time?
If you would like to order more than one version of one of our products, please call customer service for a quote as we can often offer discounts for multiple lots.
What if I need my order shipped to more than one location?
Yes, we can provide custom fulfillment services and pack different quantities to be sent to hundreds of different locations. We can also insert additional components into the material we print.
I need my order in a few days. Can you help me?
One of our specialties is meeting deadlines that other printing companies cannot. We also have special shipping contracts and can often overnight freight for a lot less than you would normally pay. Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of order.
How long does it take to get a proof?
You will receive a proof within 24-48 hours after we receive your art files for projects with a 5 day turnaround or longer. You will receive a proof within 24 hours for a 3 day turnaround project.
File transfer:
How do I upload my files?
After you place your order, you will be directed to a file upload page. If you are not ready to upload your files at that time, you or your graphic designer can upload your files later.
What is the largest file I can upload?
We accept files up to 1 Gig via our FTP page. For files larger than this, please contact customer service for special file upload instructions.
