I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you forget your password, your password can't be retrieved, it can only be re-set. This is for security purposes.

Here is what to do to re-set your password:

1. Call or email inkchaser's Customer Service. The phone number is Toll free: 1-866-inkchaser (1-866-465-2427), or 415-241-9936. The email address is customerservice@inkchaser.com.
2. Customer Service will reset your password.
3. Customer Service will email this password to the email address that is on file for the account. You should change your password right away after you receive it. No one should know your password except you.

If there is no email address on file, we will not be able to reset the password and you will need to create a new account.
